Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer is responsible for maintaining store security and supporting back-of-house operations while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role deters theft, responds to incidents, performs security system inspections, and executes opening and closing procedures. The officer partners with senior security staff and store management to implement incident management programs and support sales and service objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to protect assets and drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, alarm tests, key access controls, and report submissions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and manage back-of-house controls.
• Deliver a positive client experience, support the sales team, and act on client feedback and NPS scores.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred; 1 year prior security-related experience desired.
