Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting store vision and driving sales through customer-focused service and teamwork. This seasonal role contributes to business results, supports company initiatives, and helps build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital and alternative shopping tools to strengthen customer connectivity
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
• Engage in networking to build a clientele
• Represent and deliver consistent brand experience aligned to company expectations

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
