Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring customer experiences in a high-volume retail environment. The role supports store initiatives, uses digital tools to enhance product discovery and purchasing, and contributes to building clientele and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals
• Provide personalized customer service and build clientele
• Use company digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to support sales
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Support a collaborative environment and represent brand expectations

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor and operate register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends and occasional travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
