Summary
The Client Advisor will act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional luxury customer service at the Cabazon Outlet, driving sales and client loyalty through expert product knowledge, personalized clienteling and use of CRM and digital tools. The role focuses on meeting individual and store KPIs while maintaining shopfloor standards and adhering to company procedures and grooming standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients to provide outstanding luxury shopping experiences
- Proactively identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across product categories
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Support visual merchandising, stock procedures, cash activity and inventory tasks
- Maintain shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor
- Promote teamwork and a positive working environment aligned with company behaviours
- Participate in clienteling initiatives and store events to strengthen client loyalty
- Follow grooming and operational guidelines set by the company
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Strong selling, communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in fashion and luxury market trends
- Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM effectively
- Team player with an entrepreneurial and client centric approach
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback to improve performance
