Summary
Provide exceptional CHANEL fragrance and beauty client experiences through personalized service and product expertise. Build client relationships, support sales targets, and represent the brand with professionalism and adherence to visual and service standards. Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure seamless in-store and online client journeys.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior service using the CHANEL service ritual to every client
- Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and follow up
- Achieve sales targets through product and service recommendations and data capture
- Participate in seasonal trainings and apply learnings to daily client interactions
- Support omni-channel client needs between in-store and online channels
- Address and resolve client situations according to company standards
- Share brand knowledge and heritage with clients and team members
- Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional workspace and follow visual merchandising guidelines
- Communicate proactively with team and management and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
- Experience in beauty or fragrance retail or client service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build long lasting client relationships and loyalty
- Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and new direction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
- Passion for CHANEL beauty products and luxury service
- Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
- Willingness to work full time in-store and in-person
