Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences for children’s customers, supporting store vision and driving sales through excellent customer service and teamwork. Role focuses on clienteling, supporting new technology and alternative purchase methods, and developing toward future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through customer-focused service
• Support company and store initiatives and deliver consistent brand experience
• Participate in team training and execute business results
• Utilize More Ways to Shop and new technology to broaden sales channels
• Engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends; may include overnight shifts and travel
