Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized, customer first service and representing the brand through styling knowledge, sales execution, and maintaining store standards. Role supports sales goals and provides an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Support achievement of monthly and annual sales plans through teamwork.
- Connect customers to loyalty and engagement programs.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation.
- Maintain store standards, policies, and complete opening and closing duties.
- Support operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings and talent development activities.
- Provide product feedback and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Effective verbal communication with customers and team members.
- Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Comfort using company tools and resources to drive performance.
