Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role focuses on driving sales, supporting company initiatives, and representing brand standards while participating in team training and building client relationships. This position operates within a high-volume specialty retail environment and supports alternative purchasing and digital discovery tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activities
- Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
- Support company initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize digital and alternative purchasing tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Maintain sales floor standards and store presentation at all times
- Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
- Support use of QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores to aid product discovery
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Comfort using new technology and alternative purchasing processes
