Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring service and create a customer-first shopping experience. They support sales goals, share product and styling knowledge, and contribute to an inclusive and well-maintained store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Support individual and store sales objectives, customer engagement, and sales initiatives.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing tasks.
• Follow store procedures and visual standards, participate in training, and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
