Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and contribute to weekly and monthly targets
• Provide personalized customer service aligned to brand expectations
• Support company initiatives and maintain store standards
• Use digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to strengthen customer connectivity
• Engage in networking to build a clientele
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor presentation and merchandising standards
• Operate register and assist with transactions and customer inquiries

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate a register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers
