Brand Ambassador - Jersey Gardens

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences, prioritize customer service, and support store goals and initiatives. This seasonal role focuses on driving sales, building clientele, and representing the brand through in-store engagement and use of digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital and alternative purchase methods to broaden sales opportunities
• Represent brand expectations and deliver consistent customer experiences
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective verbal communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register stand and remain on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers
