Job Description

Summary

Sales Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering net sales targets for optical frames and sunglasses in the assigned North Houston territory, building long term customer relationships, and supporting brand distribution and trade marketing activities. The role reports to the District Director Southern Texas and requires frequent customer visits and collaboration to maximize sell through.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver net sales targets by brand for optical frames and sunglasses within assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with opticians, optometrists and ophthalmologists
  • Visit assigned customers dedicating at least 80% of working time to on site client engagement
  • Build appropriate door distribution consistent with brand DNA
  • Collaborate on visibility and trade marketing projects and provide in store training
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director
  • Manage and balance brand sales portfolio and maximize sell in and sell through

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in optical sales within opticians optometrists and ophthalmologists
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record growing sales and building door distribution
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment and travel up to 90% of time
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Word Excel and Powerpoint
  • Residency in the Houston area; Spanish fluency is a plus
