Summary
The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, cultivating client relationships, supporting store goals, and assisting with visual merchandising or training needs. Reporting to a manager or director, the role focuses on achieving sales KPIs while maintaining brand standards and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide outstanding client experiences in line with brand standards
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through active engagement
- Drive sales and achieve key KPIs such as ADT, UPT, and data capture
- Proactively reach out to existing clients and develop new clientele
- Support inventory preparation and execution as needed
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with store presentation
- Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds
- Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Support training needs and team activities to meet store objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail or relevant client-oriented experience
- Client-centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team-oriented
- Passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
