Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and product advice on style and fit
- Use networking and technology to grow sales and customer following
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work a variable and flexible schedule based on business needs
