Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized and inspiring customer experiences in a retail specialty environment. The role supports store initiatives, uses company tools to drive sales, and contributes to team training and customer engagement. This seasonal position emphasizes building clientele and representing brand standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company initiatives and execute store vision
• Participate in team training and share feedback with management
• Utilize More Ways to Shop tools such as Gladly and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery using QR codes and digital catalogs
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Assist with alternative purchasing processes like Click to Zoom and JRNI

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Capable of standing and walking for multiple hours and operating the register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Comfortable using new technology and digital selling tools
