Brand Ambassador (Operations) - Las Vegas South

Summary

Support day-to-day retail store operations, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor replenishment. Provide customer service and assist with store presentation while balancing operational responsibilities with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Greet and assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas.
• Support visual merchandising, store standards, and front- and back-of-house operations.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 30 pounds and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and cash wrap.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
