Summary

The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations. This in-person role supports the sales team and delivers high levels of service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and help with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain active records as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
