Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, fashion and styling guidance, and fitting room assistance.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing duties and participate in company training.
• Share customer and product feedback with management and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
