Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on customer first service. This seasonal retail role supports store initiatives, drives sales through customer engagement and embraces company values while learning tools and technology to support multiple ways to shop.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals
• Engage customers to build clientele and deliver brand consistent experiences
• Support and execute company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to improve results
• Use More Ways to Shop technologies such as Gladly Click to Zoom JRNI and Ship to Home
• Support alternative product discovery methods like QR codes and digital catalogs
• Provide feedback to management on successes opportunities and category needs
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective customer and team communication skills
• Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts or travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co workers
