Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
• Provide personalized customer service and honest feedback to build loyalty
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels using tools like text and social media
• Participate in training to maintain product and fashion knowledge
• Collaborate with team on filling orders, stocking and remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain customer readiness
• Use networking and technology to drive sales
