Seeking an Outlet Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury home furnishings outlet. Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with professional communication and a brand reflective presence
• Engage and educate customers on products, features, benefits, and craftsmanship
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, services, and policies
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the brand aesthetic
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions
• Drive sales performance and contribute to team goals
• Collaborate with team members across the store to meet customer needs

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven success in exceeding sales objectives through relationship driven selling
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Capacity to maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
• Willingness to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
