Summary

The Lingerie Retail Salesperson provides personalized intimate apparel service, specializing in bra fittings, fit guidance, and styling to build customer confidence and loyalty. The role supports both in-store and digital sales channels and participates in ongoing product and brand training. This position supports maintaining a customer-ready department through merchandising and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measure for size, and recommend appropriate fit and styles.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up across in-store and digital channels.
• Achieve individual sales goals using tools such as texting and social media.
• Collaborate with the team to fill orders, stock and re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and maintain a clean, customer-ready department.
• Participate in trainings to maintain product and fashion knowledge.

• Physical ability to be in continuous movement for 6-8 hours, frequently use hands for manipulation, and lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
