The role supports coaching of brand ambassadors, maintains store visual standards, and participates in store and community initiatives. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, build genuine client relationships, and offer personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Drive sales by meeting individual KPIs and collaborating to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop personal business growth strategies, leverage digital tools for client outreach, and utilize CRM to capture meaningful customer data.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and contribute to team success.
• Maintain store visual standards and support store initiatives, training, hiring, and community outreach.
• Balance multiple tasks while upholding company policies and a professional, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort using digital tools for selling and clienteling; experience with CRM preferred.
• Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, and weekends.
