Summary

Provide personalized, one-on-one styling and sales support to customers in a commissioned retail environment. Use both in-store and digital selling tools to meet sales goals and develop lasting client relationships. Maintain strong product and fashion knowledge to advise customers on style and fit.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools including text and social media
• Act as an expert on merchandise style, fit, and product knowledge
• Build and maintain a personal clientele through follow-up, outreach, and event invitations
• Recommend merchandise and provide confident, honest feedback to drive sales

Requirements

• Proven ability to develop extensive customer relationships and drive sales in a commission-based environment
• Confident selling across price points and departments with entrepreneurial drive
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about high-end and designer fashion
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
