Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations and supports the store vision. They drive sales by engaging customers, building clientele, and using omnichannel tools to broaden product discovery and purchasing options.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Utilize omnichannel tools and alternative purchasing methods (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain sales floor standards, assist with merchandising, and provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Network to build and sustain a clientele and represent the brand values in-store.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
