Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional in-store client experiences by providing personalized styling, product knowledge, and relationship-driven service. This part-time role focuses on clienteling, meeting sales goals, and supporting store standards and team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales performance and support team sales plans and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising guidelines on the sales floor.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, and community outreach.
• Support hiring by sourcing and engaging potential talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty retail or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Comfortable operating register systems and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver across sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
