Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and uphold store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through creative outreach and networking to broaden the customer base
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual store tools
- Maintain productivity through effective store execution and merchandising
- Uphold company policies and champion core brand values
- Assist in sourcing talent and strengthening customer connectivity
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and be on feet for multiple hours; lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfort working a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Planning and prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock, dressing room, cashwrap and office
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Willingness to embrace new technology and alternative shopping methods
