Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations, supports store initiatives, and represents the brand through customer engagement and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through outreach, networking, and alternative purchasing processes
- Use technology to broaden product discovery including QR codes and digital catalogs
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Uphold company policies and champion core brand values
- Maintain exceptional productivity through effective store execution
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and maneuver around sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
- Planning and prioritization and time management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
