Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor, supporting brand standards and contributing to sales goals. Act as an entry level role with opportunities for leadership development while maintaining store presentation and operational tasks. Deliver a customer first mindset, assist in fitting rooms, and use company tools to drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Contribute to monthly quarterly and annual sales plans by collaborating with the team
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards
- Support operational activities including floor sets replenishment and opening and closing tasks
- Maintain store visual standards following company guidelines
- Participate in company trainings and support a positive inclusive team environment
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register stand walk and be on feet for multiple hours
- Ability to lift climb and maneuver up to 30 lbs and work across sales floor stock and back of house
- Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co workers
