Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a personalized shopping experience while supporting store operations and brand standards. Act as an entry level sales associate focused on achieving sales objectives, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through team collaboration.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide styling guidance.
- Maintain store standards, policies, and opening and closing procedures.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, compliance, and processes.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
- Champion a professional, inclusive, and cohesive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing and walking for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Capability to prioritize tasks while maintaining focus on customer experience.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
