Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provides personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive brand experience and sales performance. Acts as the entry point for future leadership by supporting store operations, visual standards, and customer engagement initiatives while exemplifying inclusivity and company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
• Support store sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
• Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties and support replenishment and floor sets.
• Maintain visual standards following company guidelines.
• Participate in company trainings and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate register and be on feet for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout the store.
• Availability for flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
