Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that meets brand expectations and drives sales. The role supports store initiatives, participates in team training, and helps broaden customer engagement through digital and alternative purchasing tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
- Support execution of company and store initiatives
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients and expand the customer base through creative outreach
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Uphold company policies and promote a collaborative environment
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate cash register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
- Proven track record of building positive relationships with customers and team members
- Planning and prioritization/time management skills
