Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPI such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through collaboration.
- Connect customers using the Polo Connect program and educate on offerings.
- Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Maintain store standards, policies, and complete opening and closing duties.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
- Capability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
