Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Acts as a team player who supports store initiatives, engages clients, and promotes the brand through in-store technology and outreach. Serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities and helps maintain store standards and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using company tools and resources
• Support execution of store and company initiatives
• Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through outreach and creative engagement strategies
• Provide exceptional customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Support a collaborative environment and engage in talent sourcing

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Planning and prioritization and time management skills
