The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales and company initiatives. This customer-focused role builds client relationships, contributes to a collaborative team, and upholds Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and profit performance, store initiatives, and team training.
• Engage customers through client outreach, community initiatives, and alternative shopping and product discovery tools.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, follow company policies, and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support talent sourcing and customer connectivity.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Demonstrate planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts; meet physical requirements including lifting up to 30 pounds.
