Interim Beauty Sales - Westfarms

Summary

Deliver personalized beauty experiences and drive sales for luxury beauty brands in Nordstrom's Beauty Department. This interim position is expected to run through the end of December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using available selling tools.
• Book appointments, support Beauty events and services, and build customer loyalty.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and help customers enroll in Nordstrom Rewards.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
