Brand Ambassador

Summary

As a Full-Time Brand Ambassador you deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You represent the brand on the sales floor, support store initiatives and collaborate with teammates to drive sales and profitability. This role serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance by engaging customers and using key selling tools.
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and participate in team training.
• Create new ways to engage clients and broaden the customer base through outreach and community engagement.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes, digital catalogs).
• Maintain exceptional store standards and ensure the sales floor is merchandised and productive.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes, opportunities and category needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate the register for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
• Strong planning, prioritization and time-management skills and a track record of building positive working relationships.
