Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador you will provide a customer-first checkout experience, processing transactions accurately and maintaining an immaculate cashwrap. You will greet customers, support sales through product knowledge and cross-selling, and assist with store operations and visual standards. This role serves as an entry point for future opportunities within the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create exceptional, welcoming experiences on the sales floor and at the cashwrap
• Process all sales transactions (cash, credit, debit, checks) and execute Ship to Home orders with accuracy
• Validate and inspect returned merchandise and manage promotional offers and coupon redemptions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashwrap, queue line, and surrounding areas
• Answer phones, maintain customer profiles in the POS, and ensure accurate salesperson data capture
• Support visual merchandising standards and provide product and category feedback to management

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and teammates
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends; may require occasional travel
• Willingness to complete required trainings and collaborate effectively with the store team
