Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, supporting the store team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards. This entry-level role focuses on styling, product knowledge, and creating an inclusive and inspiring environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs (SPH, data capture) and utilize available tools to drive performance.
• Support fitting room service, assist with sizing, and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Assist with operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks, and maintaining visual standards.
• Participate in company trainings and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred; strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a register and remain on feet, walk and move for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
