Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while helping to drive store sales goals. They engage customers, begin to build client relationships, and support store initiatives and technology-enabled selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prioritize the customer in all interactions and deliver a consistent, brand-aligned experience.
• Participate in team training and support store and company initiatives.
• Utilize omnichannel tools and digital solutions to broaden purchasing paths and product discovery (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, ship to home, QR codes).
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor presentation and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
