Brand Ambassador

Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that reflects the Ralph Lauren brand. This entry-level retail role focuses on client engagement, supporting store initiatives, and driving sales performance. Ambassadors act as brand representatives and a starting point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through personalized interactions.
• Support execution of company and store initiatives, training, and merchandising standards.
• Engage in client outreach, community initiatives, and alternative purchasing processes (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
• Maintain sales floor standards, productivity, and feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., work around chemicals, and climb moderately as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel; strong planning and time-management skills.
