Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Acts as a brand representative, supports store initiatives, participates in team training, and helps drive sales and store performance. Engages customers through creative outreach and supports alternative purchasing and digital tools to enhance product discovery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using company tools and resources
• Support execution of store and company initiatives and maintain store standards
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
• Engage clients through outreach and community initiatives
• Support alternative purchase methods and digital product discovery tools
• Champion company values and promote an inclusive customer experience
• Assist with networking and talent sourcing within the store
• Maintain productivity through effective store execution

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
• Proven track record of building positive customer and coworker relationships
• Planning and time management skills
