Summary
Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations, support store initiatives, and help drive sales while representing brand values. This role is entry-level and provides opportunities for growth into leadership by supporting team training, using sales technology, and building customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused actions
- Proactively engage customers to build clientele and support business goals
- Utilize multiple shopping channels and technologies to strengthen sales
- Represent and deliver a consistent brand experience aligned to company standards
- Participate in team training and support company initiatives
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and virtual services
- Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive environment
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, move around the sales floor and operate the register for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver in stock and dressing areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
- Capable of using digital tools and QR codes for product discovery
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
