Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role focuses on customer service, meeting sales objectives, supporting store operations, and representing brand standards while contributing to a cohesive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPI targets such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on programs initiatives and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment tasks.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
- Participate in company trainings on product process and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product opportunities and maintain visual standards.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume environment.
- Effective verbal communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand walk and move for extended periods and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts or travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks while maintaining the customer experience as a priority.
