Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on the customer. Support sales performance by meeting individual KPIs, contributing to store visual and operational standards, and promoting brand initiatives. Act as an entry-level sales team member with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build customer relationships on the sales floor.
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding KPIs such as units per transaction and data capture.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, advising on sizing and styling.
• Support operational tasks including opening/closing duties, replenishment, and floor sets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Participate in company trainings and communicate product and program information to customers.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable operating a register and performing back-of-house tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
