Provides a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer first mindset, supporting store operations and sales objectives while representing brand standards. The role is entry level and focuses on customer engagement, styling knowledge, and contributing to team performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs including SPH and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Utilize Polo Connect program to engage customers and drive connections.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in high-volume environments.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks like climbing and stocking.
- Ability to operate a register and perform transaction duties.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
