The Beauty Advisor delivers an elevated client experience through personalized consultations, makeup application and product recommendations to drive sales and build long-term client relationships. This role focuses on achieving individual and department sales goals while utilizing clienteling tools and social media to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations
• Perform professional makeup and treatment application and demonstrations
• Achieve and exceed individual, event, daily and monthly sales goals
• Use online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
• Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and client base
• Cross sell across product lines to increase client basket size
• Maintain clean, tidy and welcoming counter standards
• Provide a dynamic service presence and represent the brand professionally
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience in the beauty industry
• Demonstrated successful sales history achieving or exceeding goals
• Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client focus
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Professional presentation and comfort with makeup application
