Beauty Sales - Easton Town Center

Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and sell luxury beauty products on the sales floor and through digital channels. Create welcoming experiences, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and help customers achieve their beauty goals while meeting sales targets. Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized, customer-ready department and support beauty events and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess needs and recommend makeup, skincare, and beauty products
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and book appointments for in-store services
• Drive sales through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media
• Set and achieve individual sales goals and participate in beauty events to increase revenue
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to build customer loyalty
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and product presentation

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and staying current with trends and products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build a customer following
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and digital tools for selling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
