Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor for the new Easton Town Center store, you will drive sales by styling and advising customers on ready-to-wear and custom-made products. You will build personal relationships with clients, participate in multi-layered training to develop expertise, and maintain store standards to support overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to develop product knowledge and selling skills
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client loyalty through personalized service and the brand program
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
