As a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor based in Easton Town Center, you deliver elevated, in-person client experiences, build long-term client relationships, and drive sales through product knowledge, personalized service, and omni-channel engagement. You represent the brand with professionalism, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior client service using the brand's service ritual and product demonstrations
• Deepen client relationships and achieve sales targets through product, service, and data capture
• Support omni-channel experiences and participate in in-store events and client outreach
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the boutique clean and professional

Requirements

• Passion for cosmetics and fragrance; artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred
• Excellent communication and client-focused relationship skills; foreign language skills preferred
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules and attend trainings
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
